Accounts Payable


CarSense is seeking an organized and dynamic candidate to handle the day-to-day financial transactions of the store assigned by the Area Controller and Accounting Managers, in alignment with the CarSense Values and culture.


Responsibilities:


The successful candidate is responsible for all accounting entries related to purchases from vendors. He/She is responsible for reconciling the vendor accounts, he/she will address any concerns with missing invoices. He/She will pay the accounts payable in accordance with GAAP compliance.

Qualifications:



  • The successful candidate will demonstrate great attention to detail specifically in the area of records and administration.

  • He/She will have a high level of competence in all Microsoft Office programs including: Word and Excel..

  • He/She is a skilled multi-tasker with excellent time management and communication skills.

  • He/She is a quick learner, an analytical thinker, and maintains a high level of confidentiality.

  • The successful candidate will exemplify integrity, strive for self-improvement, and have an open-minded, ‚ can-do‚ attitude.

  • Must be able to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, drug testing, and hold a valid driver‚ s license with a good driving history.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
