Retail Service Advisor
CarSense is seeking an enthusiastic Retail Service Advisor to serve our customers in the CarSense Way , and delight them with prompt, courteous and excellent service.
The ideal candidate has knowledge and experience in the automotive repair arena, and has a passion for customer service. He/She will consult with the Retail Service Technicians to ensure the customer is fully informed of the required and recommended services. The Retail Service Advisor directly interacts with the retail service customers, and is to meet and exceed the customers needs and expectations for timely service, while optimizing the technician s recommendations. He/She will be knowledgeable and diligently follow all policies and procedures of the Retail Service Department, and will be expected to make recommendations that will improve company performance.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a history of striving for and achieving excellent results.
He/She demonstrates sustained performance and poise under heavy pressure, able to handle delicate situations with sincere professionalism.
The Retail Service Advisor is an effective communicator.
He/She has good problem solving skills and basic computer skills.
The successful candidate will exemplify integrity, strive for self-improvement, and have an open-minded, can-do attitude.
Must be able to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, drug testing, and hold a valid driver s license with a good driving history.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
