A Non-Profit company is seeking an ambitious and eager Data Entry Clerk to join their team.

You will be expected to have intermediate experience in spreadsheets and proficiency in database management.

Your responsibilities- Analyze completed work for duplications or errors in content before submitting the final product- Investigate reports and sheets of data- Perform searches on websites for information- Create notes of tasks, files, and progress- Enter information into spreadsheets, databases and customer relationship management systems- Correct, verify, and delete non-required data and combine data from several different sources- Request further information for documents that are deemed incompleteRequirements- Capable computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems- Ability to multitask, collaborate and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds in a fast-paced environment- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively throughout all levels of the company- Expertise in Microsoft Office- Salesforce.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
