GENERAL OBJECTIVES
Assist with any or all duties necessary to the daily administrative operations function of the business.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
NOTE: The nature of this position is one where the employee could have responsibility for any or all of the following duties.
Close out charge card terminals. Prepare, make and report daily bank deposits following documented cash management procedures.
Prepare and process accounts payable in accordance with company policy and procedures.
Assist with bank reconciliations.
Invoice shipments and balance delivered sales to manifests.
Prepare bank deposits.
Job Requirements
Education
High school graduate.
Experience
One year in business or office environment.
Other Requirements
Excellent organizational skills. Ability to work well with others. Basic computer skills and attention to detail. Must be able to work holidays, evenings and weekends as required

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
