In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and executing marketing campaigns for both new and existing products/services within our Kinetic Train and Kinetic
divisions.

As a Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products and services.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase customer engagement.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in project management, market research, and product positioning.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition - Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends - Collaborate with product development teams to define product positioning and messaging - Create compelling content for marketing materials, including website copy, blog posts, and social media content - Utilize agile methodologies to plan and execute marketing initiatives - Analyze marketing data to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvement - Conduct product demos and presentations to potential customers - Collaborate with sales teams to develop sales enablement materials - Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field - Proven experience in marketing roles, preferably in software development or technology industry - Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Proficient in market research techniques and customer segmentation strategies - Knowledge of SQL or other database querying languages is a plus - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions We offer competitive compensation packages and opportunities for career growth.
