Responsibilities:
- Transcribe data from various sources into electronic format - Enter data accurately and efficiently into spreadsheets, databases, and other software systems - Perform data collection and research to gather information for reporting purposes - Maintain organized and up-to-date files and records - Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and photocopying documents - Support the office with administrative duties as needed - Process order entries and ensure accuracy of information
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create and work with pivot tables - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy - Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role is preferred - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion - Strong written and verbal communication skills This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced office environment and contribute to the efficient operation of the organization.
