This position will process weekly and biweekly payrolls, ensuring pay is processed on time, accurately, and in compliance with government regulations.
This position also provides assistance with administration of employee benefit plans.
You will learn the full capabilities of our payroll software, be the subject matter expert on it, and proactively recommend and implement changes to improve processing efficiency.
HRIS experience and strong technical acumen is a plus.
Candidates must have experience with multi-state payrolls and tax reporting (we have approximately 250 employees located in the states of PA, NH, AL, MD, VA, SC, TN, GA, FL, IN, and TX).
Experience with ADP's WorkforceNow is strongly preferred.
This position operates in an office setting and could potentially be performed via hybrid schedule after training, depending on business need and individual performance.
Training will take place at the below location; local candidates are preferred.
