Job Description:
We are currently looking for BDC Sales Representative's ! We are a growing Lexus dealership growing our BDC operation.
BDC positions pay hourly plus commission and performance bonus.

Responsibilities:
Respond to monthly sales leads that come in through our CRM Compose/Report your end of the Month's Sales Report with results/sale totals/stats Check Pre-owned inventory twice a week and update when necessary Assist the Sales Team when needed with Phone-Ups and on the Sales floor with Test Drives/Customer Service/Product Knowledge Requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills Efficient typing, emailing, and texting skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and time management skills Must be able to work a 5 day work week that includes Saturdays.
