Overseeing all operations management for multi-location (6) medical spa in Southeastern PA --based in Chester Springs, PA.

Find ways to find employees to hire.
Hire and maintain best talentA cents EUR cents Coordinating activitiesA cents EUR cents Meet and communicate with vendorsA cents EUR cents Facilitate regular staff meetingsA cents EUR cents Facility maintenance managementA cents EUR cents Facilitate equipment repairsA cents EUR cents Facilitate Employee training - new hire and ongoingA cents EUR cents Build Esthetician and Injector sales abilitiesA cents EUR cents Assess employees' performance and develop employee consultative sales capabilitiesA cents EUR cents Oversee all staff performance including front desk, estheticians, injectors, and internal marketingA cents EUR cents Travel to each location on regular basis/as necessary.
A cents EUR cents Write or oversee the writing of Employee schedulesA cents EUR cents Work along side owner to ensure smooth running of the business and help to improve the Company's procedures and day-to-day operations.
A cents EUR cents Support the office staff which will include, Front desk, Esthetician, Cosmetic Injectors, Marketing, Sales and Social Media teams.
A cents EUR cents Establish team atmosphere through leadership, goal setting, and employee development.
A cents EUR cents Develop a staff that can work independently without owner/manager supervision and is commission-driven.
A cents EUR cents Motivate employees and update work schedules for staff on a regular basis.
A cents EUR cents Optimize management decisions through the reporting and analysis of financial information and statistics.
A cents EUR cents Acquire and retain qualified and well-suited, motivated employees with recruiting and hiring processes.
Requirements and SkillsA cents EUR cents Managerial experience required and Managerial experience in the MedSpa industry is required.
A cents EUR cents Experience in managing employees, budgeting, payroll, and scheduling.
A cents EUR cents Excellent written and verbal communication skillsA cents EUR cents Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environmentA cents EUR cents A creative mind with the ability to suggest improvementsA cents EUR cents Computer proficient and experience with a variety of office software such as email tools, software, and databases.
A cents EUR cents Attention to detail and problem solving and clinical skillsA cents EUR cents Excellent sales/marketing skillsSales and Marketing:
